*Canadian women should learn from the experiences of their U.S. counterparts.


*At follow-up meeting organize orientation session on: Workplace Giving, its opportunities and challenges, its required structural framework
* Source an expert as facilitator
* Invite representative from National Committee of Responsive Philanthropy to share their experiences


*Planning Committee and/or delegate


* Honoraria re orientation session on workplace giving
* Travel and accommodation for U.S. experts

*National equality-seeking women's groups gain a working knowledge of workplace giving, its opportunities and challenges for their purposes
* National equality-seeking women's groups agree in principle to focus on workplace giving as the primary fundraising technique to raise money nationally for participating members


* National equality-seeking women's groups should establish a strategic alliance with existing and emerging Canadian federations to enhance workplace access.


* Invite participation from a Canadian federation identified in this Study to speak to women's groups about their experiences
* Establish contact with staff and/or volunteer leaders in children's, women's health, minority groups, arts, and other national organizations to inform them of this preliminary activity and to encourage similar federation development.
