Using the Address Book
Some users will be using Microsoft Office 97 and will prefer to
use Outlook for their faxing and fax address book. However, Windows 95
contains an application called Microsoft Exchange that will work just
fine. To put entries in the fax address book, double click on the
Inbox icon on the desktop. Microsoft exchange will start. Under the
Tools menu heading select Address Book as shown in Figure 8-9. The
Address Book dialog box will appear. If you already have entries in
the list, they will be shown in the window. In the File menu, select
New Entry or click on the icon immediately below the File heading that
looks like a rolodex card. The New Entry dialog box will be displayed.
Click on fax as shown in Figure 8-10 and then click OK.
