Finding the Right Job

Most people go directly to the want ads when they look for work. They usually apply for and jobs that are listed. It is a worthwhile activity to ask yourself some serious questions about employment before looking for work. The questions you are about to read were designed to help you better understand yourself and the kinds of work you will most likely enjoy. Finding a job that you really like is always a challenge. After you have answered these questions discus your answers with a friend, and instructor or and employment counselor. Employment counselors are available in many communities call your local Human Resources and Employment or Human Resources Development Canada office. Someone will assist you with employment information.
