Learners are supported through one-on-one help, counseling, Elder services, outreach and prescriptive instruction. The Learning Centre is a provincial training allowance (PT A) eligible program.

Unique Features of this Program: Where appropriate learners from the Literacy Centre can directly access basic education 10 provided at Kelsey Campus. Basic education at Kelsey campus includes literacy, adult 10, adult 12, programming for the deaf and hard of hearing, Way to Work, language instruction for new Canadians, English and a Second Language (ESL) learning centre assistance, and evening credit classes.
