- Staff all attended Employment Ontario and Apprenticeship information sessions.
- Agency also funded to provide Employment Assistance Services at both sites.
- Both sites also act as a host for JobConnect, native employment and mental health employment services, when they are visiting our communities
- Attendance at regular meetings of service agency Directors, OW/Core Partners and Inter-agency.

- Developed community info brochure and client referral sheets
- Marketing Policy in place with annual strategies/plan decided by Marketing Committee, which includes “target group(s)” based on
prior evaluative information, labour market information, community input and current MTCU key inititatives.
- Hosted project “Coordinating Education and Employment Services in Addington Highlands” through Job Creation funding, which
increased understanding of “who does what” in community. Includes chart of services.
